With a focus on planned maintenance and capital investment programmes, the organisation is expanding its procurement capacity to support a growing pipeline of refurbishment projects. The work will span kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, and general maintenance across multiple housing sites. This is a hybrid role based in the South West, offering a collaborative environment with a dedicated asset management team.

Your new role
You'll be joining as a Procurement Interim to lead one of several upcoming capital investment projects, supporting the delivery of housing refurbishments and planned maintenance programmes. This is a newly created role due to increased investment and an expanding procurement pipeline.
