Procurement Specialist – Hardware & Software Maintenance

Job Summary

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for hardware maintenance and software products supporting TCS’ large banking account/s. The role ensures timely sourcing, commercial optimization, vendor coordination, quotation management, purchase order processing, contract compliance, and seamless delivery while meeting client commitments and internal governance requirements.

Key Responsibilitie

• sManage the complete procurement process for hardware maintenance renewals and software licensing
• .Engage with OEMs, distributors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing, quotations, lead times, and commercial terms
• .Evaluate quotations and negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms to maximize commercial value
