We are seeking an Intermediate Procurement Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of procurement activities for medium‑to‑high complexity packages, including systems, equipment, and materials for Canada’s advanced naval program.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Conduct research and analysis to develop optimal sourcing strategies for your assigned portfolio.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide accurate, timely advice to internal teams to ensure progress and schedule adherence.
- Supplier Management: Oversee pre‑qualification, engagement, negotiations, and performance management to ensure on‑time delivery and compliance with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Procurement Events: Develop and execute RFIs and RFPs, managing sourcing events to meet cost and schedule objectives.
