This role involves managing the entire procurement process, from identifying needs and sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and overseeing delivery. The Procurement Specialist ensures that all procurement activities align with the organization's goals, donor requirements, and budgetary constraints. This position requires strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of procurement best practices, compliance with regulatory standards, and experience working with NGOs and international agencies.
