Job Summary
The Procurement Specialist drives the execution of category strategies, vendor discovery, and cost‑optimization initiatives. Working in partnership with the Procurement Manager, this role autonomously manages market trend analysis, identifies new global supplier pools, and leads the refinement of category cost structures. The specialist takes ownership of Total Landing Cost evaluation to ensure maximum profitability and represents the company at international trade fairs to secure competitive advantages.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Autonomous Sourcing & Qualification: Prospect, screen, and onboard potential global suppliers independently, ensuring they meet gategroup's stringent quality and capacity standards.
