What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure costโeffective and timely acquisition of materials and services to support the operations of the plant.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Work with Group and Regional Procurement in identifying and defining needs and running RFQs.
- Provide continuous help and instruction relevant to the automated purchasing systems to other departments.
- Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice questions and problems.
