β’ Develop & implement procurement strategy
β’ Forecast levels of demand to meet the business needs
β’ Regularly check on stock levels to maximize business efficiency
β’ Negotiate with suppliers, reviewing tenders, get competitive price and good quality, agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress
β’ Keeping supplier contract files and using them as reference for the future
β’ Forecast the impact of price trends on future activities and develop back-up plan
β’ Giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth
β’ Coordinate between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers
β’ Identify potential suppliers, visit existing suppliers, build and maintain good relationships with them
β’ Manage delivery schedules to meet business requirements
β’ Other tasks as assigned by General ManagerΒ
