We're recruiting an experienced Purchasing / Procurement Manager to join a growing hospitality group supporting multiple properties across the Southampton area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of purchasing, procurement, inventory and stores operations within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
This Purchasing Manager position is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for centralising purchasing processes, strengthening supplier relationships and implementing consistent stock management procedures across the business.
