Job Description
**Role Overview**:
As Procurement Logistics Responsible, you will work closely with Procurement and Construction to ensure smooth logístical operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Material Administration & Start-up Activities: Identify project logistics needs and establish the necessary strategies, including SAP configuration, procurement templates, warehouse coordination, subcontractor management, reporting routines, freight forwarding needs, customs handling, and transportation costs.
- Free Issue Materials Coordination: Ensure controlled handling of materials from delivery to utilization for their intended purpose.
- Transportation Management: Develop a responsibility matrix for material release and finalize agreements with freight forwarders.
- Material Availability Monitoring: Track material balances by type and task to maintain workflow according to plan.
