Job Description
Purpose of the Role
- Protect the organization from legal and operational risk by ensuring all contracts, vendor relationships, and renewals comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain business continuity by proactively managing contract lifecycles, software licenses, and personnel documentation to prevent service disruptions and compliance gaps.
- Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the legal department and vendors to facilitate clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Update and maintain personnel system records in DarwinBox.
- Oversee the mandatory learning programs, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
- Manage the renewal and tracking process for personnel.
