Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQ preparation, price negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery coordination.
- Procure raw materials, components, and equipment based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to support production schedules.
- Monitor and expedite supplier deliveries to ensure material availability and minimize production disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Planning, Production, and cross‑functional teams to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by executing inventory control strategies and adhering to company stocking policies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers on shipment arrangements, customs documentation, and import/export activities.
