Job Description
Procurement / Sourcing Executive
Experience: 2–3 years in procurement / sourcing
Role Objective
Identify vendors, negotiate best pricing, and ensure fast turnaround on quotations and deliveries for solar and electrical products.
Key Responsibilitie
s Source vendors via India MART, OEMs and manufacturers
. Handle RFQs end-to-end
. Negotiate aggressively for best cost and margins
. Ensure same-day quotations wherever possible
. Coordinate logistics for timely dispatch and delivery
. Maintain database of verified vendors with pricing benchmarks
. Source urgent items within 24–48 hours
. Work closely with sales team for quick closures
.
