Our client is looking for a hands‑on, responsible and detail‑oriented Procurement Executive to support the company’s day‑to‑day purchasing activities. This role will be based in Tuas.

The successful candidate will assist in sourcing materials, spare parts, equipment and services, process purchase orders, follow up on deliveries and maintain accurate procurement records. This role is suitable for candidates with junior‑level purchasing experience who are keen to develop their career in an engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase engineering materials, spare parts, equipment, consumables and services from local and overseas suppliers.
• Request quotations and prepare price comparisons for review and approval.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and promptly.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery schedules and outstanding items.
