Job Description
We are currently seeking for a Procurement Engineer (Electronics & Electrical)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage EMS Commercial and Operations to ensure delivery, cost, and quality goals are met.
- Aggressively drive cost reduction through best-in-class sourcing and lean manufacturing practices.
- Expedite component suppliers and escalate material shortages through formal channels to support on-time delivery (OTD).
- Resolve and de-escalate issues with available resources and tools, while driving necessary improvements.
- Manage E&O through waterfall analysis and drive mitigation & reduction.
- Work independently and resourcefully with cross-functional teams globally to achieve goals.
- Exercise complete authority to use own initiatives and take necessary actions in carrying out responsibilities per Performance Management (PM) goals.
