Procurement Engineer — About the role
We are an established engineering company seeking a Procurement Engineer to support our operations through strong engineering knowledge, cost control, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure engineering materials, components, and services
- Negotiate the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals
- Understand engineering drawings, specifications, and BOM
- Perform cost analysis and control procurement budgets
- Negotiate delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers
- Monitoring and managing supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
