Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading construction and fit-out company in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking a Procurement Engineer with a civil engineering background to manage end-to-end procurement for construction projectsensuring the right materials cost efficiency and timely delivery to site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project BOQs drawings and specs to determine material requirements.
- Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for civil materials (steel cement MEP finishes).
- Prepare RFQs compare bids and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate with site teams to align deliveries with project schedules.
- Inspect materials on-site for quality and compliance.
- Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.
- Maintain supplier relationships and performance records.
