Procurement Coordinator

The main purpose of the procurement coordinator is to co-ordinate procurement process from internal requirements to receiving the orders at premises.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Supplier pricing updates in Acumatica
• Local and International Purchase order processing with correct incoterms and named places
• Submit Proforma invoices/order confirmation to Accounts for Cash in Advance Suppliers
• ETA updates in Acumatica for shipments in transit
• Notify forwarder/s of shipments for bookings to be made
