Responsibilities
Coordinate effectively between Procurement Purchasing and Store Departments to ensure seamless workflow and avoid operational bottlenecks. Ensure materials are procured, delivered, and recorded accurately to support project timelines. Convert site material requisitions into accurate Purchase Orders ensuring alignment with technical specifications. Act as the main point of contact for vendors regarding payments, delivery schedules, and dispute resolution. Monitor material issuance to subcontractors to prevent overconsumption and ensure alignment with the BOQ Bill of Quantities . Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile with the digital store tracking system to identify discrepancies. Support the smooth flow of the Project Life Cycle , ensuring no interruptions due to material or coordination issues.
