Job Purpose

The main purpose of the procurement coordinator is to co-ordinate the procurement process from internal requirements to receiving the orders at premises.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Supplier pricing updates in Acumatica Local and International Purchase order processing with correct incoterms and named places Submit Proforma invoices/order confirmation to Accounts for Cash in Advance Suppliers ETA updates in Acumatica for shipments in transit Notify forwarders of shipments for bookings to be made Complete clearing instructions for Customs clearing and check clearing documents for correctness Obtain estimates f...
