Responsibilities
- Work with the project teams to develop subcontract sourcing strategies and plans.
- Execute subcontract supply chain activities required to support the project plan with focus on ensuring the project's success in terms of delivery, performance, quality, best value, service, technical improvements, safety, and other related items.
- Work with the various internal stakeholder teams to develop strong scopes of work, quality standards, commercial strategies, identify and incorporate client contract flow-downs into terms and conditions as required, etc.
- Research and recommend qualified subcontractors based on capacity, quality, capability, experience, safety performance, financial health, etc.
