Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Support procurement change initiatives across process, policy, and technology transformations
  • Design, develop, and maintain training materials including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e‑learning content for Procurement and wider business functional end users.
  • Plan and coordinate training delivery, including scheduling, facilitation, and follow‑up support.
  • Develop and execute change communications to support awareness, understanding, and adoption
  • Engage with procurement, technology, and business stakeholders to understand impacts and training needs
  • Support readiness assessments, stakeholder feedback, and adoption tracking
  • Monitor training effectiveness and adoption metrics; identify and implement improvements
  • Maintain training documentation and knowledge repositories to support ongoing capability building
