Job Description
Provides E2E category expertise and leadership for the assigned category/ies from understanding of business requirements to match with supply market (industry and vendors) in order to drive the entire category strategy. This role owns the endātoāend lifecycle for one or more procurement categories, from spend analysis and supplier market research through contract negotiation, supplier management, and continuous improvement. The Category Manager collaborates closely with crossāfunctional stakeholdersāsuch as Operations, Finance, Quality, Legal, and endāuser departmentsāto ensure that category strategies support business requirements, compliance standards, and total cost of ownership (TCO) objectives.
