Job Description
Responsibilities
- Follow up on procurement packages and strategies with a strong focus on cost reduction and value creation.
- Conduct market screening to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutions.
- Prepare inquiry documents for equipment and services in close cooperation with engineering.
- Perform commercial evaluations of quotations and issue purchase orders.
- Monitor and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe, cost, and quality standards.
- Manage variation handling, risks, deviations, and invoice processing.
- Ensure all activities comply with established guidelines, work instructions, and procedures.
- Continuously work on improvements to reduce risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen collaboration.
Required expertise
- Bachelors or masters degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
