Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities by issuing and tracking purchase orders (POs) and ensuring POs are sent via email.
Coordinate with the store to monitor stock levels to prevent material shortages for the Operations Unit.
Communicate with the plant to understand their requirements and maintain an updated inventory list.
Engage with suppliers to arrange delivery schedules, address shortages, or resolve issues with missed deliveries.
Actively source parts/materials as needed and handle the receipt of goods and system updates.
Maintain purchase records, including pricing and other essential data, and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices.
Perform monthly stock checks and manage any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
