Job Summary
Responsible for the inventory, procurement, issuance, and monitoring of parts and materials. Assists in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, material planning, and budget monitoring to ensure the timely and cost-effective availability of parts for operations and projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, parts inventory, procurement, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and material planning.
- Knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
