Role Overview

The Procurement and Project Management Intern will support the team in sourcing suppliers, documenting ongoing projects, and assisting with inventory management. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in procurement processes, project documentation, and operational coordination for events and project implementation.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Supplier Sourcing and Procurement Assistance
    • Assist in identifying and researching potential suppliers for upcoming events and projects.
    • Request quotations, proposals, and product/service details from suppliers.
    • Maintain and update a supplier database including contact information, pricing, and services offered.
    • Help compare supplier quotations and prepare summary reports for evaluation.
    • Support the procurement team in coordinating with suppliers regarding availability, delivery schedules, and requirements.
