Main Activities and Responsibilities

Supplier Management

• Responsible for updating and maintaining WSP NZ’s “Supplier List” and supporting ongoing supplier compliance.
• Catalogue management support for product additions and removals.
• Supplier spend analysis reporting and other supplier related reporting as required from time to time.

Supplier Contracting

• Support for strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Review and prepare contracts for low risk/value suppliers.
• Upload supplier contracts and related documentation to WSP’s contract management system.
