We're Hiring: Procurement Analyst

Are you a detail-oriented procurement professional with experience in vendor management and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process? We're looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our growing team and help ensure efficient purchasing operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements.
• Source quotations from accredited vendors and prepare Summary of Quotations (SOQ) or price comparison reports.
• Process purchases for company events, bulk equipment, office supplies, pantry items, and sanitary supplies.
• Manage vendor accreditation and ensure all required documents are complete and up to date.
