Job Description
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a physical stores/warehouse function. Proven track record of high-volume data capturing and transaction processing. Demonstrated experience with physical inventory management (receiving, dispatching, and stock takes). Strong experience in stock reconciliation and variance investigation. Systems: Extensive, hands-on experience using Sage X3 (non-negotiable). Physical Capability: Must be physically fit and able to do heavy lifting associated with physical stores and stock management. Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate. A basic qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Supply Chain/Logistics is highly advantageous. Knowledge: A solid, basic accounting knowledge of how inventory processes flow and integrate into the broader finance function.
