Job Description

BDS are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join the Procurement Team of a well established team in there Bodmin office.

As a key member of the Strategic Procurement Team, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure efficient, compliant procurement activity across multiple business areas.

Key Duties:

* Managing day-to-day procurement processes

* Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders

* Ensuring compliance with procurement rules and frameworks

* Sourcing quotations and processing purchase orders

* Maintaining procurement records and managing the central procurement inbox

The ideal candidate will;

* An NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent experience gained in a busy office environment is desirable.

* Microsoft packages including Excel for data analysis. A strong attention to detail, data entry and administration accuracy is required. Having an ...
