Summary
MF Processing Operator is responsible for the product pasteurized during their shift and knowing their equipment is working properly. Having accurate documentation and a clean and well-maintained work area is integral in this role. This role has a responsibility for ensuring both food safety and quality of Chobani product. Responsibilities
Ensure proper and timely documentation on charts. These are legal documents that need to be legible and accurate Ensure that seals are in place and document on chart and seal log sheet if one is broken or missing. Check to see if it’s been documented. If not, then notify the supervisor or QA. If for any reason one needs to be broken by maintenance, you need to notify your supervisor or QA beforehand Ensure that CIPs are printed out immediately after wash is finished and check for proper trending of Temp, Flow, Titration, and Time.
