Our WSG Graduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT) program is ideal for graduates curious about how high‑tech products are made. You’ll gain hands‑on training, work with experienced engineers and technicians, and receive full training even if you have no engineering or technical background.
What You Will Be Trained On- Learn how products are made and how each step in the process affects the final outcome.
- Check for issues during production and learn how to report and solve them.
- Support engineers in making small changes to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Participate in experiments to see how changes in materials or settings can improve results.
- Verify that the right materials and machine settings are used before production starts.
