Job Description

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Production Operator will execute and maintain manufacturing process operations by physically performing process control, equipment monitoring, and in‑process analysis to ensure that production strictly follows company safety standards, environmental regulations, and product quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shift Supervisor in handling plant start‑up and shutdown according to established procedures.
• Support production activities such as in‑process quality testing, catalyst preparation, equipment preparation for maintenance, and loading/unloading of process solvents.
• Perform routine tasks required to maintain the manufacturing process, including monitoring process parameters, plant patrolling, data logging, and housekeeping.
