**Job Title: Process Engineer/Technician (DIRECT HIRE ROLE)**
**Job Description**
The Process Technician supports injection molding operations by setting up processes, operating and monitoring molding and robotic equipment, and ensuring that all parts meet defined quality specifications. This role focuses on executing the production schedule, optimizing machine performance, and troubleshooting issues to maintain consistent, high-quality output on one of the operating shift.
**Shifts available:** 1st shift & 2nd shift 8hr shift schedule
**_(OT available, including DOUBLE TIME on Sunday though never mandatory)_**
**Pay:** $30-45.00 per hour based off supporting skills and knowledge.
-Additionally, there is a Employee Stock Ownership Program, quarterly dividends, and bonuses available.
