The Role
Our site in Colorado Springs Rockrimmon, CO is seeking a Process Technician to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing workflows by overseeing material flow, supporting process reliability and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process lifecycle. This is a 2nd shift position.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot production machine failures and execute remedial actions to minimize halted operations.
- Participate in investigations related to internal and external complaints, ensuring thorough document and follow-through.
- Support Engineers with validations, process development and management of change.
- Participate and lead in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and safety.
