Summary:
This role is responsible for daily trouble shooting of process issues, investigating the root cause, analysis and data collection and implementing trial according to plan.

Implement improvement actions and verify improvement effectiveness Implement trial according to trial plan Conduct experiment for process improvements and new production or new material development Create and refine the standard operating procedures (SOPs); train production staff on revised SOPs 5SSafetyEnvironment actions implementation and review Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
High School or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education 2+ years chemical process experience in a manufacturing company Demonstrated ability using quality control tools
