**Job Description**
This 2nd shift Process Technician role (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.) focuses on setting up, starting, monitoring, and adjusting plastic injection molding processes to consistently produce high-quality products on time. You will manage a dedicated zone of injection molding presses, collaborate daily with the production team to meet changing priorities for mold changes and press startups, and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up, start up, shut down, and monitor injection molding processes to meet quality standards and production timelines.
+ Collaborate with the production team each day to align with changing priorities for mold changes and press startups.
+ Take ownership of a designated zone on the manufacturing floor and manage the presses within that area....
