YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
:Reporting initially to the Manager Metallurgy Ontario, you will be part of the Upper Beaver Mill Management Team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the mill, its systems and processes are fully prepared for start-up and ongoing operation. You will coordinate between the various project stakeholders to verify that all training, documentation, and procedures are in place before the project goes live. You will be identifying potential risks, organizing readiness assessments, and facilitating communication to ensure a smooth transition from project development to operational.
Provide technical input to the development and implementation of plant operational strategies, projects, budgets and plans to support production objectives;
Provide project team technical support during detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure seamless transition and ownership;
