Job Title: Finance Operations Manager – AP/AR & Billing
Setup|Location: Hybrid| Manila
We’re looking for a results-driven Finance Operations Manager to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing delivery within a fast-paced shared services environment. If you thrive in managing teams, driving KPIs, and partnering with stakeholders to optimize finance processes — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day AP, AR, and Billing operations
- Ensure SLA/KPI delivery, quality, and compliance
- Manage escalations and drive process improvements
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders
- Coach and develop high-performing teams
- Support transitions, migrations, and automation initiatives
What You Bring
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- ✅ 5+ years experience in finance operations (AP/AR/Billing)
