We are seeking a results-driven Manager, Process Innovation to lead high-impact initiatives that drive operational efficiency and measurable financial value. This role works cross-functionally to identify opportunities, improve processes, and translate data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement and project management initiatives across the business
• Analyze data (primarily in Excel) to establish baselines, identify trends, and drive data-backed decisions
• Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize performance and insights
• Translate business initiatives into measurable financial and operational impact
