Role Summary
The PIE Manager leads the Engineering Department in driving Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost. This role requires strong leadership in managing engineering teams, optimizing processes, and supporting business growth through strategic capacity planning and CAPEX investments.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost
- Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions
- Conduct work measurement, time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity analysis
