Lead multiple process improvement projects using structured problem-solving and Lean methodologies to improve operational performance
Conduct structured assessments of business problems and opportunities, including defining problem statements, analyzing current state performance, and evaluating improvement potential to inform recommendations and ownership
Collaborate with a broad stakeholder group across operations, supply chain, and support functions to identify improvement opportunities, align on priorities, and define project scope
Partner closely with Process Improvement Analysts to leverage data, analytics, and reporting to support problem diagnosis, quantify opportunities, and track project performance
Analyze operational data to diagnose issues, quantify opportunities, and track performance against targets
Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and project meetings to drive alignment and progress
