Job Overview

Lead and coordinate cross‑functional process improvement initiatives that span ING countries, domains, and business functions. Manage project delivery, coach team members, and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Coach team members, especially junior experts, to build capabilities and deliver results.

• Identify process improvement opportunities using analytics and insights.
