What You’ll Do:
Become a process specialist for the FGR Coating and Mixing Teams, contributing to your team’s success at safely reaching the goals set for the team
Design/Project Support- Lead and document 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement activities
Collaborate with engineers, staff, and teams for making larger scale machine/process modifications and improvementsTroubleshoot, Maintain and Repair- Perform equipment troubleshooting, leading and coordinating with the maintenance group to maximize uptime
