Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for interfacing with management and plant customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide design aspects including heat balances and instrumentation
• Collaborate with plant teams to solve project challenges
• Participate in corporate meetings and collect data
• Prepare project progress reports and proposals
• Mentor Engineers-in-Training and students
