Job Description
Responsibilities
- A required Process Engineering Technician a ttend to all production issues whereas the probecard is being built.
- Assist in the investigation and analysis of production issues using appropriate problem-solving tools and implement suitable solution.
- Able to support in maintaining, monitoring or generation of documentation, such as work instructions, temporary instructions and other documents related to the manufacturing processes.
- Able to implement and maintain the ESD control program.
Technical Skills
- Knowledgeable in basic electronics and QC tools.
- Has the ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, technical list and BOM lists.
- Know how to use measuring equipment such as caliper, multimeter and high‑power scope.
