Cleveland-Cliffs, Rockport Works, has an immediate opportunity for a Process Engineer. The Process Engineer is responsible for providing full professional engineering expertise in the planning and execution of assigned technical projects within their specific department. This position will have daily contact with Engineering, Operating Supervision, Maintenance, and Production employees to gather information for root cause analysis & corrective action implementation.
Summary of Responsibilities:
+ Provides experienced engineering know-how in solving technical problems & implementing process improvements within their department
+ Developing comprehensive diagnosis through research of alternative solutions to quality, productivity, & cost related issues while consulting with colleagues, staff or operating personnel
