Role Overview:
The HYCO Operation Excellence group has an opening for a Process Engineer in the HYCO Performance team to support our production facilities in the US. The successful candidate will be located primarily in the Houston, TX area and report to the HYCO Performance Manager.
This role will be responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of all HyCO plants across the fleet. The main areas of responsibility will include: (1) HyCO plants efficiency/performance monitoring, reconciliation and troubleshooting; (2) Process optimization at plant or enclave level to maximize operating profit; (3) Identification of capacity/efficiency improvement projects; (4) Process engineer role for design and implementation of small improvement projects, <$2 MM Capex (5) SME-level support of hydrogen electrolyzers fleet-wide.
