**Process Engineer**
**Location:** New Market, VA
**Employment Type:** Full-Time | Direct Hire
**Salary Range:** Up to $100,000+ (DOE) annually
**Position Summary**
The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing operations through process development, product implementation, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical project management. This position works closely with Production (CNC), Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external partners to optimize manufacturing processes, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
The successful candidate will drive process improvements, support new product introductions, lead product transfer projects, and implement best practices to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
