Job Description
Overview
The New Process Engineer Sr. Lead the research, development, validation, implementation, and transfer of new manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment to support new product introduction, operational improvement, and industrial automation strategies. This role leads initiatives focused on safety, quality, capacity, ergonomics, efficiency, digitalization, and cost reduction, ensuring effective process industrialization and robust technical transfer to operations and maintenance.
Responsibilities- Responsible for enabling required manufacturing capacity through the development and implementation of technical solutions aligned with safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
